You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth. Incorrect or false details can cause verification issues and may result in withheld withdrawals.

• Do not share your account with anyone else.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account unless you notify us in writing.

Taka26 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The terms in this section apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion.

3.1 Bonus Terms of Use

• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is available once per account — attempting to claim it again by opening a new account is not permitted.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be automatically removed.
• Some games do not contribute 100% towards bonus wagering requirements — see the promotions page for details.
• Taka26 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.1 Deposit

Taka26 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support with your transaction ID.

4.2 Withdrawal

Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though verification requirements may extend this to up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• A copy of your national ID may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in the event of suspicious activity.
• Wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on taka26 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not supported.

All games and Sports Betting services on taka26 are governed by the rules in this section.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing a bet. If a technical error results in an incorrect bet, contact support immediately.

5.2 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined through certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. No taka26 staff member or system can interfere with the result of any game.

5.3 Sports Betting Special Conditions

• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your funds returned.

5.4 Technical Issues

Taka26 is not liable for disconnections or server downtime during gameplay. In such cases, the outcome of the game will be determined by the data recorded on our servers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on taka26. Any violation may result in permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting loopholes in the rules to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Hacking Attempt: Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
• False Identity: Creating an account using a false identity.
• Using another person's account: Accessing or using another person's account.

9.1 Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your taka26 account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request. Once closed, the account may not be recoverable.

9.2 Closure by taka26

Taka26 reserves the right to immediately close any account under the following circumstances:

• Terms Violation
• Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
• Providing False Information
• Suspected underage gaming
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

10.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed neutral third-party mediator.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

Taka26 is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• Account credentials exposed due to your own negligence
• Force Majeure

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
